Since I Can't Give You the Finger Video, Here's a Baked Acorn Squash Tease

Due to certain high tech machinations and assorted Silicon Valley vagaries, it doesn't look like the chicken finger video will be flipped until Monday. In the meantime I thought I'd give you a little peak at these baked acorn squash. which will air in a recipe video very soon. Enjoy!

Are you using any of the commercial photograph tricks that food photographers use to enhance or make things look more appealing? i.e. mineral oil, glycerine, steam chips, 'fake' food/props to mimic real food, putty to prop up and angle food etc? Just curious. Your photos are VERY very good quality.

nope, no food styling tricks. In fact this very well may be the first cookbook to contain all original photography done by the chef of the actual finished dish. Thanks!
